  • Hydrocortisone cream (external only)
  • Monistat after week 14

Constipation

  • Miralax

  • Surfak
  • Dulcolax (can produce cramping)
  • Fiber powder

Gas

  • Mylicon/Simethicone

Morning Sickness

  • Emetrol (avoid if diabetic)
  • Vitamin B6 (25-50 mg 3 times/day)
  • Ginger root tablets
  • Sour candies, salty snacks, crackers
  • Eat frequent snacks
  • BRAT diet

Cough

  • Robitussin DM

  • Vicks or Halls Cough Drops

Headache

  • Tylenol/Tylenol PM
  • Acetaminophen (325mg 3-4 times/day)
  • Avoid all non steroidal anti inflammatory agents like Ibuprofen, Naproxen and Aspirin

Sore Throat
